News Flash:  Our good friends at the NEAR-Fest -- aka "Deerfield", and successor to the the great Hosstraders -- have agreed to move back to their traditional Columbus Day Weekend dates.  For this year, that's Friday and Saturday, October 10th and 11th.  You can once again combine your trips, and do both shows in the same weekend.

Update 7/19/08 -- Inside tables are filling up quickly.  Don't delay! Mail your check NOW to guarantee your space.

We're glad you're coming to the 16th Annual Nutmeg Hamfest.  The variety and quality of our vendors has made us Southern New England's  premiere Amateur Radio Event.

Outside Vendors:  $20 includes your space and 1 general admission.  No electricity is available outside.  Bring your own tables & tents.  Gates open at 6:00 AM sharp. 

Inside Vendors:  Standard 8' tables are $30 each, and include 1 admission per table.  Take advantage of our early bird special -- $25 per table if paid by September 9th. 
Our tables often sell out well in advance of the event.

  Electricity is available, please let us know if you need it.
The building opens for setup at 6:00 AM sharp.  By your request, no one except inside vendors and staff will be permitted to enter the building before 8:00.  This allows you to make the best possible presentation to your customers while enhancing security. 

Please, no adult or other inappropriate material.
